Displaced homeowners whose primary residence was directly impacted by the fire events and who remain displaced after exhausting support provided by insurance carrier and FEMA. Mortgage relief for homeowners whose fully-covered RSTPO rental property was directly impacted by the fire events and requires repairs in order to bring it back to market.
